The Turbo Javelin is a training aid designed to reinforce proper technique by teaching athletes to throw "through the point." The javelin wobbles if the athlete does not throw through the point or if they throw with a misdirection of power. The soft nose of the TurboJav enhances the safety feature and allows it to be thrown indoors. This training javelin is longer than the standard TurboJav and can be used in high schools, colleges, Decathlon and Heptathlon events.
